Capers Ventures
Offer Ladder Offer · Sprint $497
Execution · 30 Days

Most agencies sell strategy. I sell the install.

Thirty days. One operator. The lead system installed, the automations wired, weekly working sessions on your calendar, and the operator's dashboard handed over at day 30. You set direction, the system handles execution — and you keep every piece of it.

Chapter 01 · Who This Is For

The Sprint is for operators who already showed up.

You ran the audit. You saw the gap. You don't need to be sold the next rung — you need a partner who'll move with you for 30 days, build the thing, and hand you the keys.

i.

You execute when given a step.

You show up on calls, do the homework between them, and don't disappear in week two. The Sprint moves at the pace of the operator. If I'm chasing you, neither of us wins.

ii.

You want the system, not the deliverable.

This isn't "five social posts and a PDF." It's a working lead system you operate after I'm gone. You'll be able to log in, see what's happening, and make changes without calling me.

iii.

You're not looking for a 12-month contract.

The Sprint is one-time, $497, done in 30 days. If we keep working together afterward, it's because the work earned it — not because you signed something at the front.

If you're shopping for someone to run your marketing for you forever, that's not this. Sprint hands you the operator's brain. You drive it from there.

Chapter 02 · What You Get

Thirty days. Four installations.

The build is sequenced so each week leaves you with something working, not just something planned.

i.

The lead system, installed

CRM stood up in your account, lead forms wired, intake routing live, tagging and lifecycle stages in place. You own the credentials. You own the data.

ii.

The automations, wired

Follow-up sequences, no-show recovery, review requests, and the handful of triggers your operation actually leaks through. Every workflow documented in plain language so you can edit it.

iii.

Weekly working sessions

Four 45-minute sessions across the 30 days — not "check-ins." Working sessions: we open the system, look at what's running, and make the next change live together.

iv.

The operator's dashboard, handed over

Day 30: you get the dashboard that tells you what to do first — lead tier, pipeline health, automation status, this-week's next action. Built for you to read, not for me to demo.

Chapter 03 · Why $497

Priced for the operator who'll actually run it.

$497 is what 30 days of focused build-and-handover costs when the goal is to remove me from your operation, not embed me in it. The math works because the operator carries the system forward, not because corners got cut on the build.

i.

What $497 buys

30 days of build, the four working sessions, the installed lead system, the wired automations, the documented playbooks, and the dashboard handover at day 30. End-to-end, the work runs about 20–25 hours of my time.

ii.

What's not in this tier

Ad spend, paid tools beyond your existing stack, ongoing fulfillment after day 30, and net-new content production at scale. If you want ongoing fulfillment, the next rung is the $297/mo Retainer.

iii.

Why it's not $5,000

Most agencies price this work to fund a team you'll never meet. I'm one operator, I built the playbooks, and the dashboard does the work that account managers usually charge for. The price reflects the model, not the rush.

Exit-portable by design. If we never work together again after day 30, you keep the system, the credentials, the playbooks, and the dashboard. Lock-in isn't the business model.

Chapter 04 · The Next Step

Add the Sprint.
Run the install.

$497 one-time. 30 days of build with Paris. Lead system installed, automations wired, weekly working sessions, operator's dashboard handed over at day 30. You keep every piece of it.

Add the Sprint — $497

Three operators per month · Eastern NC priority · Day-30 dashboard handover

The Sprint is the middle rung of the Capers Ventures offer ladder. After day 30, the optional next rung is the $297/mo Retainer for ongoing fulfillment — but the Sprint stands alone.
