I'm Paris Capers — an operator and builder. I help one-person service businesses run like a team without becoming one, by building them a system that handles the busywork: it captures the leads, follows up, books the calendar, and keeps the pipeline moving while they're on the job. My lens is simple — one mind, any domain. I came up in the Marine Corps, where I learned to walk into any situation, see what's actually broken, and build a way through it. I run a business the same way: spot the pattern, build the system, hand it over. That instinct is the whole company.
